This basic insurance covers your legal liability for personal injury or property damage caused to third parties while using the rental vehicle, subject to the applicable insurance terms and conditions.

Please note that this basic insurance does not cover all damages to the rental vehicle itself, theft, vandalism, or single-vehicle accidents. Coverage for these situations is available through an additional insurance option, such as CDW Plus.
